Where To Start
Choose the area that matches what's slowing your business down — we'll help you shape the rest from there.
A credible website and clear local visibility, so customers can find you and trust what they see.
Contact paths, forms, and follow-up that turn visits and calls into real conversations.
Automate the repetitive parts of the day so your team can spend more time with customers.

Before You Decide
A working website and online presence, built and launched for your business — plus, if you choose, ongoing help turning visits into calls and bookings.
It depends on which tier fits your business and what you want it to do — Standard, Growth, and Pro build on each other, and Ecommerce and Brand Setup are scoped and quoted individually. We’ll go over exact numbers once we understand your business, usually starting from a free online presence review or a quick conversation.
Most standard small business websites take about 1 to 3 weeks once the required content and access are available. Larger or more complex projects may take longer.
Business details, access to your Google Business Profile, and timely feedback during review rounds. If you already have logo and brand assets, provide them to us. If you do not, Brand Setup is available separately.
You own the site’s design and layout as built for you, the content you provided or that we wrote for you, your own brand assets, and the code we wrote specifically for your site. What you don’t own, but get continued use of for as long as the relevant license or subscription is active: licensed fonts, stock photography, third-party plugins or libraries, any purchased template used as a starting point, and any SaaS platform the site depends on (hosting, CRM, AI phone/chat providers, analytics).
Included in Ongoing Management once you’re on it; before that, hosting is part of the initial engagement discussion.
The site is yours. Growth capabilities and AI add-ons are available if and when you want them, with no obligation to continue.
Ongoing Management is hosting plus 2 content or update requests per month, as a defined recurring scope.
You keep the website files and content outright. Anything running through a Siviona-held third-party account (hosting, CRM, phone/chat automation) would need to transition to a client-held account or be turned off — this gets spelled out at the start of the engagement, not discovered at the end of it.
You don’t need to know the technical term for what you need. Describe the problem you’re solving, and we’ll help you find the right starting point.
